Ray’s career in real estate began at the age of 22 in New York City, where he quickly established himself as a talented and driven real estate broker. He started managing a team of 10 people, a role that he thrived in for seven years. During this time, he honed his skills in sales, negotiation, and property management, and made significant strides in developing his deep understanding of the real estate market. Ray transitioned into the world of finance, joining Merrill Lynch as a money manager and financial advisor. This career move allowed him to broaden his expertise in managing private wealth. By leveraging his background in real estate, he quickly gained the trust of clients, advising on investments and managing over $100 million in private wealth. His ability to merge real estate knowledge with financial acumen proved to be a key factor in his success in both real estate and finance. Today, Ray oversees and manages a private real estate investment company and continues to expand his real estate fund’s portfolio while guiding his team toward future success.
